Institutional cooperation and invitation pathway
The AIDRC MADE Secretariat first sends the Alliance initiative and programme invitation to target institutions. After an institutional application and participation interest are submitted, the Secretariat verifies identity, clarifies needs and confirms the participation route. For institutions accepted through the programme process, formal invitation materials are handled under the relevant procedures by the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Chulalongkorn University, and authorised parties.
During and after the programme, the Secretariat may arrange faculty introductions and bilateral meetings and coordinate LOI/MOI, MOU and specific project agreements such as an MOA. These processes can develop follow-on plans for joint curricula, mobility, research, conferences, exhibitions and cultural projects. Each institution retains authority over participation, approval, signature and implementation.

② Get the Regional Participation and Fee Guide by providing your name, university or institution, country or region, individual or institutional role, preferred participation route, and email address or phone number. The Secretariat normally sends the applicable version within one business day.
③ After reviewing the fees and completing internal decision-making, submit the full membership and programme application. Following review and place confirmation, receive a Participation Confirmation or the relevant contract.
