Questions institutions ask before applying
How are invitation materials requested?
The Secretariat receives interest and verifies identity, participation route and material. For institutions accepted through the programme process, formal invitation material is handled by the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Chulalongkorn University, and authorised parties under the relevant procedures.
Why are region-specific prices not public?
Services, tax, payment and travel structures differ. The site provides a Public Programme Brief without regional prices; applicants can request a Regional Participation and Fee Guide before a full application.
Does requesting the fee guide constitute registration?
No. It only matches the relevant region, role and participation route and is not a payment commitment or place confirmation.
Does attending an activity automatically create membership?
An application and review are required. Completion of an eligible annual project may qualify for an Annual Member Collaboration Service Fee waiver.
Can the Alliance guarantee an MOU?
The Alliance can support introductions, needs analysis, meetings and LOI/MOI/MOU/MOA coordination; approval and signature remain with the institutions.
Which form should I use?
Mainland China uses Tencent Docs; Thailand, ASEAN and other international applicants use Google Forms.
