Positioning and principles
Official identity: Alliance. Operating form: Cross-border Collaborative Network. Member aspiration: International Co-creation Community. Long-term direction: AI-enabled Innovation Ecosystem.
Background and need
International institutional cooperation often depends on one-off events, personal relationships or bilateral introductions. Without a shared member directory, project window, workflow and cross-border delivery interface, promising contacts rarely become sustained cooperation.
Academia Meets Industry. Digital + AI Enable Co-creation.
Meaningful connections among universities, research institutions and industry partners address educational, research and industry needs. Digital technologies provide the collaboration foundation, data capabilities organise and match resources, and AI enhances multilingual communication, content support, knowledge management and dissemination.
Geographic focus
Rooted in China and Thailand, initially focused on ASEAN, and open to institutions and partners worldwide.
Governance boundary
Members retain legal independence, academic judgement and project autonomy. No institution becomes a founder, member or endorser merely by engaging in an activity. Names, marks and event roles require written authority.
