We collect only information needed to review membership and project interests, contact applicants and deliver confirmed activities.
Data collected
Name, institution, role, country/region, contact details, fields, project choices, cooperation needs and attachments you voluntarily provide.
Use and sharing
For review, contact, matching, activity delivery and necessary records. Minimum necessary information is shared only with identified hosts, authorised delivery parties or partners where needed and lawful.
Your choices
Avoid unrelated sensitive data. Contact the Secretariat to request access, correction or deletion, except records required by law or a confirmed project.
Cross-border transfer and retention
International projects may require cross-border transfer; the recipient, purpose and scope should be explained at confirmation. Data is retained only for the application, project, disputes and legal retention period.
