The Alliance provides a reusable interface; it does not replace member decisions.

  1. RegisterIdentify as observer, expert, institution or industry partner.
  2. Scope needsClarify objectives, owner, budget, timing, geography, data and IP.
  3. Match & meetUse roundtables, bilateral meetings or Joint Calls.
  4. Record intentUse an MOI/LOI where helpful; it does not normally promise an MOU, payment or admission.
  5. Confirm projectSet delivery, fees, tax, refund, outcomes, IP, data and exit in a separate project instrument.
  6. Reuse outcomesRecord results and feed new needs back into the network.

Digital technology connects collaboration, data capabilities organise and match resources, and AI supports multilingual communication, content, knowledge and dissemination. Technology must not replace academic judgement or institutional accountability.
